Institutional Chaplaincy Management
Course Description
This course focuses on the practice and management of chaplaincy programs in institutional settings. Students will learn about program development, staff supervision, interprofessional collaboration, and chaplaincy advocacy. The course examines the challenges of delivering chaplaincy services in various institutional contexts in Kenya. Through case studies and management projects, students will analyze chaplaincy programs and develop strategies for improvement. The course emphasizes the importance of evidence-based practice and quality improvement in chaplaincy services.
