Course Description

This course provides a comprehensive study of church leadership and administration from a biblical perspective. Students will learn about biblical models of leadership, church governance, strategic planning, financial management, and team building. The course covers both theoretical foundations and practical aspects of leading a church or Christian organization. Topics include vision casting, conflict resolution, volunteer management, and organizational development. Students will gain hands-on experience with a local church through case studies and projects. The course also explores emerging trends in church leadership and the challenges of leading in the Kenyan context. By the end of the course, students will be able to lead and administer churches effectively with biblical wisdom and managerial excellence.
