Introduction to Christian Counselling
Course Description
This course provides a comprehensive overview of Christian counseling, integrating biblical principles with psychological insights. Students will explore the foundational concepts of counseling, biblical anthropology, and the integration of faith and psychology. The course examines different types of Christian counseling organizations, their structures, and the environments in which they operate. Through case studies and real-world examples, students will learn about the challenges and opportunities facing Christian counselors in Kenya and globally. The course also emphasizes the importance of ethical behavior and biblical integrity in counseling practice.
